When people talk about weight loss, they mostly refer to dropping body fat and firming up their body with definition and shape. This is generally a goal that many men and women desire.

Mistakenly, due to the media, many people believe that they need to stay away from resistance training and only focus on cardiovascular training. Many people have a misconception when it comes to the word ‘toning’, while others believe that muscle has the ability to transform from soft to hard or hard to soft.  Women in particular worry that they will bulk up by performing  resistance training (e.g. lifting weights) and this is why some only focus on cardio.

This can’t be further from the truth! A balanced training routine, covering all the basis of strength training, cardio training and a balance nutrition plan will help you achieve this goal. I will create the plan and help you stick to your goals. We’ll do it together.
