We can also have face to face sessions online using Skype or Zoom. By doing this face to face, I will be able to help you every step of the way. No. Your workouts will be designed around the equipment you have to your disposal from dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls or just your own body weight. However, if you want to invest in equipment but you have no idea where to start, I will be more than willing to assist you in buying the correct equipment.
