Functional training has become a very popular buzz word in the fitness industry in recent times. It has amazing benefits and can produce superb results. BUT, only though movements that are performed correctly and safely.
Many individuals believe that when they are mimicking the training routines of their favorite athletes on YouTube or Instagram, that they are training in a functional manner. However, such training programs greatly exceeds the physiological capabilities of the average exerciser that can greatly increase the possibility that injuries.
That’s where I come in. I will evaluate your fitness foundation and movement capability to know what your limitations are and work from there to help you reach your fitness goals, safely and effectively. Don’t get me wrong, I love functional training and believe it is an amazing method, not only to improve your physical physique but also your cardiovascular endurance and overall health.
