PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Performance training benefits any athlete who may be preparing for a challenge or sporting event. Performance training is different from normal personal training in that athletes must be conditioned in order to properly compete at the highest level of capability in the sport of their choice.
Because of the intensity of the training, individual characteristics of an athlete must be taken into consideration, so that a customized, sport specific workout plan can be designed.
Performance training will help to improve all areas that an athlete will require on the sports field (speed, power, hand eye coordination, strength, stamina and balance) for them to excel in their chosen field.
